When the fully automatic tinning machine is used for a long time or due to actual production and processing needs, the wire clamp of the tinning machine needs to be replaced. Taking the replacement of the short wire clamp as an example, we will introduce how to replace it in daily life.
1. Turn off all power and air pumps to ensure that the equipment is in a stopped state;
2. Use professional equipment provided by the manufacturer to loosen the M5 screw on the tin dipping machine clamp;
3. Open the stainless steel air head with a dedicated screwdriver and remove the original wire clamp;
4. Place the short wire clamp that needs to be replaced in the fixed position, then close the air head and tighten the M5 screw;
5. Ensure correct placement, with transparent tubes on the left and blue tubes on the right.
6. Turn on all power switches of the device and check if they have been replaced completely.
