There are four types of blades for single end terminal machines: upper inner blade, lower inner blade, upper outer blade, and lower outer blade. Therefore, when installing the blades, many aspects should be noted. The general steps are divided into the following steps:
Step 1: Adjust the distance between the upper inner knife and the upper outer knife according to the terminal position, ensuring that the opening of the outer knife is slightly higher than that of the inner knife and the blade is aligned, without squeezing on both sides. After determining the position, tighten the screw to complete the installation of the blade.
Step 2: Adjust the front and rear positions of the lower die, set the single end terminal machine to manual mode, press the up and down keys to slowly lower the blade and ensure that the punch is just aligned with the lower die when pressed down from the other side. If it is not aligned, loosen the fixing screw and push it inward or outward according to the actual situation. After moving to the appropriate position, tighten the screw.
Step 3: Adjust the stroke of the punch by rotating the knob to adjust the stroke and adjust it to the appropriate position. When the upper blade reaches the lowest point, ensure that it just presses the terminal tightly.
Step 4: After adjusting the blade mold, insert the wires to be broken, peeled, etc., check the crimping situation, and make appropriate adjustments according to the above steps.
