2. The stamping guide rail of the terminal machine must be lubricated with engine oil once an hour. The oil filling hole should be located at the top of the terminal machine, and 2-3 drops of oil should be added each time, not too much.

3. The main speed bearing of the terminal machine must be lubricated with butter every week. The specific operation method is as follows:

Open the back cover of the terminal machine → remove the driven pulley clamp spring → remove the pulley → apply butter evenly on the surface of the high-speed bearing → restore (note: during the disassembly of the pulley, attention should be paid to the loss of bearing balls)

2、 Second level maintenance: After using the terminal machine for 3-6 months, it is necessary to check whether each component (consumable part) needs to be replaced, such as the belt, and whether the elasticity of each component spring has weakened and needs to be replaced. Check if the locking screws of the machine are loose and if the retaining spring is deformed.

3、 Perform daily maintenance and secondary maintenance according to the above requirements and record them separately in the "Daily Maintenance Record Form" and "Equipment and Facility Regular Maintenance Record Form".

Basically, as long as you have done the above points well, your maintenance work has been carried out well. However, this is still not enough. There are other issues that we need to consider, as follows:

Oil supply for each sliding part

1. (Rotating arm shaft, cutter, gripping device, indexing fixture opening and closing part) As the sliding part is a place where metals often rub against each other, wear and tear is very severe. Therefore, before starting work, it is necessary to supply oil.

Lack of lubricating grease is very dangerous, not only shortening the service life of machinery, but also causing damage to parts. Oil supply work is very important and should not be ignored.

2. Disposal of waste materials

After completing the work, it is necessary to use a brush to sweep away the peeling debris, accumulated debris on the tray or sliding surface of the lower part of the mechanical host, debris near the accessories or around the box device. If air is blown away at this time, the debris will enter the sliding parts and other parts of the machinery and cause malfunctions. Therefore, do not use air blowing.
